How to Request Data Deletion
M/Y Whiskey is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your personal information collected by our website, booking application, or linked Facebook/Meta login integrations, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Submit a Deletion Request
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by:
- Email: Send an email to concierge@motoryachtwhiskey.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Support Request: Contact our concierge desk directly at +1 (800) 555-0199 to confirm your account details.
Step 2: What Data is Deleted?
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your customer profile and account login credentials.
- Your contact information (email, phone number, physical address).
- Historical marketing preferences and campaign tracking associations.
Note: In compliance with maritime safety and legal standards, certain transactional records (such as signed Bareboat charter agreements, passenger manifests, and Stripe financial transaction history) must be retained for mandatory compliance periods and cannot be immediately deleted.
Step 3: Deletion Confirmation
Once your request has been processed, our concierge team will send you a confirmation email verifying that all eligible personal data has been permanently removed from our databases. This process is typically completed within 5-7 business days.
